Type tags in MPW Oberon

The implementation of type tags for the Macintosh environment is a little bit different form the one on Ceres. MPW Oberon uses no special loader for loading the modules of an application. All references to type tags must be resolved at link time, since the linker does not incorporate the information about the references into the linked application.
